I'm so glad you're here. I'm Molly, I am a mom to two teenagers and wife to a full time artist. I spend most of my time trying to create a healthy and happy environment for my family. I realized that the more I learned through my own research the more confused and uncertain I felt about how much I knew (and if I was doing the best I could for them). There is so much misleading, and conflicting information about nutrition. I wanted to know how to provide the best foundation for the health of my family.
Thats when I found the Nutritional Therapy Association. Once I discovered the NTA, I pretty much did nothing. Yep, nothing. Except of course look at their website and think about all the reasons I shouldn't and couldn't do the Nutritional Therapy Program. Then I realized that I was not doing something that I really wanted to do, because I was afraid I would fail. Thats not who I wanted to be, and I knew I was the only one who could fix that. So I enrolled in the program and I am now officially a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (and I also have a BA in English Literature from John Carroll University).
I want to help those who are trying to navigate through all the millions of messages we get every day on tv, and at the store and on social media about what the right thing is to eat and what not to eat. I want to help people determine specifically what they can do to help get them to their optimal health. We are all so different and no one way of eating is perfect for everyone. By working together I will work with you to determine the root cause of the issues that you are having so we can create a plan to get you on track to feeling your very best.
Do you ever.......
- Feel bloated after eating?
- Have heartburn?
- Have trouble falling asleep, and then staying asleep?
- Wake up with new and strange aches and pains?
- Crave snacks all day long?
- Crash mid day and have brain fog?
- Want to have more energy?
I personally know and love so many people who struggle with all kinds of digestive and hormonal issues on a daily basis. What so many people don't know is that we can impact our health in such tremendous ways through a whole foods, nutrient dense diet and basic lifestyle changes.
